The Body-Solid GFID225B Commercial Folding Bench offers seven ladder-style positions from decline to upright on a 2″ × 4″ 14-gauge steel frame rated to 600 lb. It arrives fully assembled, rolls on built-in wheels and folds flat for storage. It’s on our floor, so stop in and try it.

- Seven positions: back pad adjusts to −20°, 0°, 15°, 30°, 45°, 60° and 75° with a ladder-style catch.
- 600 lb capacity: 2″ × 4″ oval, 14-gauge steel construction.
- Folds flat: pull-pin folds the bench for storage; 57″ × 18″ × 10″ folded.
- No assembly: arrives fully assembled and ready to use.
- Easy to move: built-in transport wheels; 53 lb.
- Black finish: current Body-Solid finish (new in 2024).

- Home use: Body-Solid In-Home Lifetime Warranty: lifetime on frame and welds; lifetime on pulleys, bushings, bearings, hardware, plates and guide rods; lifetime on cables, upholstery and grips (normal wear).
- Light commercial use: Frame and welds lifetime; bushings and hardware 3 years; pads, cables and grips 1 year.
