Shipping policy

In-store pickup and white-glove delivery & installation are how we get equipment to you. We deliver in the Wichita area and outside it — call for a quote based on the product and your address. Freight/carrier shipping can also be arranged when that fits better and you’re willing to cover those costs.

Store pickup

Pick up at our showroom: 2260 N Rock Road, Wichita, KS 67226 (Tallgrass Shopping Center). Please call 316-681-2527 to arrange pickup.

White-glove delivery & installation

Full-service white-glove delivery and installation is available in the Wichita metro and beyond. Fees depend on product size and destination and will be confirmed when you order. White glove includes in-room positioning, assembly, packaging/trash removal, and a quick tutorial with our technicians.

Freight / carrier shipping

When white-glove isn’t the best fit for your location, we can quote freight or carrier shipping. Availability and cost depend on the product and destination.
