The Bodycraft XFT Functional Trainer combines a rotating, bi-directional barbell with dual swiveling pulleys in a 61″ × 50″ footprint, so you can press, row, squat and cable-train on one machine. A 150 lb stack (upgradeable to 200 lb) with a double-up feature and a multi-grip chin bar round it out. It’s on our floor, so come try it.
Key Features
- Rotating barbell: 53″ wide blue anodized bar with 20″ of horizontal and 60″ of vertical travel and 64 positions.
- Dual swiveling pulleys: 32 height positions with laser-etched cable columns; 61.25″ of pulley travel and 93″ of cable.
- Weight stack: 150 lb, upgradeable to 200 lb, with a double-up feature that doubles the stack resistance.
- Quick-adjust carriage: counter-weighted carriage with a quick-set handle, plus dual levers that lock out fore-aft motion.
- Multi-grip chin bar: pull-ups, hanging ab straps, bands and inversion boots; lower loops for battle ropes and bands.
- Bench-ready: centerline bench alignment pairs with the Bodycraft F704 bench (offered as an option below).

- 150 lb Stack: XFT with the 150 lb weight stack.
- 200 lb Stack: XFT with the 200 lb weight stack.
- 150 lb Stack + F704 Bench: XFT with the 150 lb stack and the F704 Flat/Incline/Decline bench.
- 200 lb Stack + F704 Bench: XFT with the 200 lb stack and the F704 Flat/Incline/Decline bench.
Warranty
- Home use: Lifetime warranty on every part of the XFT for the original owner, in-home use only (excludes normal wear and tear).
- Commercial use: Frame 10 years; parts 2 years (up to 5 hrs/day, non-paying facilities; excludes normal wear and tear).
