The Bodycraft HFT Pro Functional Trainer gives home lifters a full cable gym in a compact 55″ × 40″ footprint. Two independent weight stacks and 180° swivel pulleys let you train one side at a time or both together, from low rows to overhead presses. It’s on our floor, so come put it through a few reps.

- Dual independent weight stacks: 150 lb per side with a smooth 2:1 ratio, upgradeable to 200 lb per side.
- Rotational swivel pulleys: both pulleys rotate 180° to follow your natural line of movement.
- 31 laser-etched height positions: numbered stainless steel columns make any height quick to set and repeat.
- Multi-grip chin-up bar: wide, classic and narrow grips for pull-ups, hanging ab work and more.
- Built to last: heavy-gauge steel frame and aircraft cable rated over 2,000 lb tensile strength.
- Room to grow: optional Connect-22 touchscreen, Speed Trainer, Power Row and 50 lb add-on stacks.
Warranty
- Home use: Lifetime warranty on every part of the HFT Pro for the original owner, in-home use only (excludes normal wear and tear).
- Commercial use: Frame 10 years; parts 2 years (up to 5 hrs/day, non-paying facilities; excludes normal wear and tear).
