The TRUE XFT-100 “Extreme” Functional Trainer pairs rotating adjustment columns with multi-position Extreme Swing Arms for unrestricted movement in multiple planes, in a compact, space-efficient footprint. It’s commercial grade with a matte black frame, suited to fitness training, sport-specific conditioning and rehab. It isn’t on our floor right now, but we can order it for you.
Key Features
- Dual 130 lb weight stacks: different resistance on each side, or two users at once; 2:1 ratio in 5 lb increments.
- 360° rotating columns: dual adjustment columns rotate for unrestricted movement in multiple planes.
- Extreme Swing Arms: 180° rotation and 14 horizontal positions, set with foot pedals, placing pulleys from 17″ to 67.5″ apart.
- 20 vertical positions: through a 58″ range.
- Exercise chart: step-by-step instructions for 18 common exercises.
